Technology reference:
*Sensitize: Using distilled water to dissolve high density diazonium photosensitive powder, then slowly add into photosensive emulsion, slowly mix well, put 4-6 hours till the bubbles disappear. Long preserve after photosensive: Sealed the cover, -10*C-+20*C can preserve 7-8 weeks
*Scrib
On a piece of clean and defat dry meshed plate, scrib twice on each side of front and back( scrib frequency upon the requirement)
*Dry
Drying in the ventilate oven, the temperature must be lower than 40*C in it.
*Exposure
Conditions: Temperature 20*C, distance 1 meter,, meshed plate 140 (55T/cm)
Times: Halogens 2000W 60 seconds
Photochemical 75 seconds
Neon lamp 3 minute and 30 seconds
